Any items left in the Condo will be sent to you at the cost of postage. Daily maid service is not included in your reservation, but is available for an additional charge.    We take pride in keeping our Condo in good working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment. The current local lodging tax of 9% is applied for daily and weekly rentals.  The Condo has an occupancy rental rate limit.  The occupancy limit is by the number of people sleeping at the Condo.  Please be sure to confirm the specific occupancy rental rate limit of the Condo.     Condo is furnished with appropriate linens, dishes, flatware and cooking utensils.   Outside furniture is on the deck.
