Determine your Temperament - FREE

Your stress- survial temperament is fixed. It is ALWAYS present in time of stress, it may not be present in period of non stress. It is for your survial. You have had this temperament as long as you can remember. Whether you want to believe it or not, your temperament is fixed biological. You use your temperament when you sell. If you continue to sell the way you been selling - you will continue to get what same selling results you have been getting.

It is possible to improve your results. The reason for this improvement is that you will start to use your temperament at the right time, with the right person, in the right situation and to the right degree. By doing so, you will get different results.

Your first step is to understand your temperament.

If you do not understand your temperament:

You will continue to do what you have been doing and you will continue to get what you have been getting.

There are three phases to determining your temperament

Phase I: Rate the following paragraphs on your "gut feeling."

Rate according to what has been the general thrust of your life.

Rate the paragraph on the feeling of the whole paragraph, not on the individual elements of it.

Rate each of the following paragraphs (use rating form at bottom of this page) according to how you have been most of your life according to the following scale.

1. Not at All True
2. Seldom True
3. Somewhat True
4. Generally True
5. Very True

Phase II: Based on the rating you give each of the following paragraph you will be sent additional questions to rate with the same rating system.

Phase III: You will have a choice, you can select to receive a written report, or to participate in have a half hour interactive interview with one of Just Wait’s Facilitators. They will answer all of your questions and give you all of the details of your fixed biological temperament. There is no cost for this service.

%a03_FORM% _____ T. I have tended to be fairly independent and assertive: I've felt that life works best when you meet it head-on. I set my own goals, get involved, and want to make things happen. I don't like sitting around. I want to achieve something and have an impact. I don't necessarily seek confrontations, but I don't let people push me around, either. Most of the time I know what I want and I go for it. I tend to work hard and to play hard.

Things people might say about me.

1. I am a go-getter and high-energy person.

2. Outwardly expressive and personable, but inner attitude is impersonal.

3. Task-oriented.

4. Tend to stir the pot..

5. Do not like being emotional.

The Strengths of this temperament: the ability to dismiss personal offenses, remains optimistic, and prevent negative feelings in one situation from contaminating another.

One of my mottos might be:

_____ W. I have tended to be quiet and am used to being on my own. I usually don't draw much attention to myself socially. It is generally unusual for me to assert myself all that forcefully. You tend to:

1. Lack confidence –do more thinking, feeling, and talking than actual doing.

2. Consider myself the final authority on everything important to me. I can be condescending.

3. Appreciate intricacy. I ponder life, think and feel my way through life.

4. Rationalize my way out of difficult situations.

5. Promote a slightly eccentric image.

6. Propose “enlightened solutions.”

7. Live the inner life as if it were life in the real world.

8. Protect self by being internally detached from the world and people.

9. Feel anxiety about self and repress hostility.

One of your mottos might be::
