Traditional and gimmicky closing techniques are dead
At one time there was a long-standing belief in many sales organizations that coaching of sales representatives was a fundamental sales management responsibility. Moreover, every professional sales trainer you spoke to, every textbook you read and every sales manager who had several years of experience would verify that personal coaching was a fundamental spoke on the sales manager success wheel.

And yet someone else you've never met before in your life, could be as easy to chat to as your long lost best friend. Studies of how people communicate in congruence with each other tell us that 55% of our communication is done so via our physiology (what we are doing with our bodies) 38% is via our voice tonality and only 7% of our communication is done so through our words.
