  Rapport Marketing and Ninergy

Ninergy takes into consideration that most of our behavior can be viewed as how we look and react to the world. We call these our temperaments.

There are nine temperaments, thus the word Ninergy.

Take different sales situations.

Take the unique temperament of Warren Buffet. He like peace and harmony. He never holds corporation meetings. He only has 19 people on staff and their primary purpose is to prepare his huge tax return. He is always receptive to new ideas, always agreeable. Now we can look at his vast fortune and know that his temperament makes a lot of money. How would you build rapport with him?

Look at the temperament of Donald Trump. His temperament is called the Challenger - Protector temperament. He his motto could be “My way or the Highway!” Yet he is successful. How would build rapport with him?

In addition to having different temperaments, we also have different levels within a temperament. This can make us be at the top of our game, or dwell in the despair of depression. We call these various levels our EQ. This is our Emotional Quotient. EQ is how well a salesperson manages their temperament. Although easy to say, it is very hard to do.

It is like being on an elevator. If you are in the Penthouse at the top, you will have great sales and be the leader in your group. If you are in the parking garage, you will be constantly missing the mark. We will be showing you how to spend your time in the penthouse!

There is no such thing as a good or bad temperament. We are as we are. It is our EQ that makes us better or worse. You can achieve fantastic results with any temperament. Just look at Warren Buffet and Donald Trump. They are very different. So please do not try to put yourself into a temperament that you think might be better or worse than what your really are. It is good to know what your temperament is because then you can see why you do things as you do. It is a way to change your bad behavior and start making allowances for doing things different under the right situations. Don’t try to change yourself that is totally wrong.

Steps in Rapport Marketing

Steps

1. Know your temperament is will give you strength to do things accordingly
2. Raise your EQ to achieve better results.

Now the purpose of this web site is to find out what makes you miss the mark, and how to understand your temperament and know that you may be working with a person that has a different temperament will make your job exciting and give you results like you have never even dreamed about!

Do you sometimes feel depressed? Sometimes you may feel like you are just existing and life is passing you by.

You know that 80% of the sales are done by 20% of the salespeople?

So why are the other 80% of the people missing the mark?

Hang on, you are about to go for the ride of your life, and if you don’t slip off, you too can be in the top 20% of your field. This is true regardless of the type of sales you do. It can be real estate, insurance, selling cars, selling telephone services or any number of other categories.

Also, when you try to find out what temperament you are, don’t worry about which one you have, you can be successful no matter what is your temperament. In fact, we have all nine of these temperaments within our makeup. However, we do tend to favor one temperament in time of stress and selling is stressful.

We have discovered some specific rules about temperaments. Since there are nine temperaments and they all have energy, we call our study:

Ninergy

Please note that in our workshops, we discovered some basic rules that seem to be very consistent. We call these the laws of Ninergy. They are:

Ninergy Law #1.

You were born with one of nine patterns of working and relating (DNA strategy). Your “natural” pattern of working and relating is always the first pattern to surface in times of STRESS.

Ninergy Law #2

If you continue operating in the same pattern of working and relating, you will continue to get the same results. Too often this is the cause of you missing the mark. If you continue to make the same speech, see the same group of people, and present your product or service the same way, you will continue to get the exact same results you are currently getting. You will stay in the 20% group or the 80% group you are in. You must change you EQ level to get results!

Ninergy Law #3

To flourish, you must evolve within your pattern of working and relating. Being the most intelligent, the strongest or the most educated will not insure your success.

Americans have not able to realize their dreams and desires of life with formal education. It is not the answer. According to Forbes’ top 10 United States wealthiest people, five of the “self made” billionaires are college dropouts. (We have not included five of the Walton’s because of inheritances).

Now this does not mean that you do not need an education, it only shows that an education in itself will not provide you with wealth. You must be able to go beyond the bounds of an education to perform to your maximum. An education is but one tool in your bag of tools. You must develop your character, your ways of handling problems and indeed how you perceive the world.

Ninergy Law #4

Another rule about Ninergy is that regardless of your race, sex, or environment, we all are born with a temperament that stays with us from birth to death. It is not something that is changed; however, you can ride the elevator up to reach your maximum potential after you understand your temperament and the temperament of people you are in contact with.

Ninergy Law #5

Your temperament can be changed with drugs, medical problems or Alzheimer disease. If you drink or use drugs in excess, you know what happens. There are so many incidents of abusive behavior due to drugs and alcohol that we need not go into any specifics to make our case. However, many of these changes can be permanent!

Ninergy can not be proven. It was developed by observation and experience. It is based on real selling observations. So, if you really want to improve your relationships and your sales abilities, then you will find this a very helpful experience. It is powerful! And it works!

We give a FREE 2 hour workshop at a time of your choosing and at your location.

There is no cost or obligation to attend this introductrf workshop. You will investigate the first three temperaments.

After the workshop you can decide if you want to pursue Ninergy™ Intensive Workshop The Length of the Ninergy Intensive Workshop is 21 hours. It can be completed over a weekend, over nine weeks and during the week at your place of business.
