Daily maid service is not included in your reservation, but is available for an additional charge. 

We take pride in keeping our Unit in good working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment.

The current local lodging tax of 10% is applied for daily and weekly rentals. 

The Unit has an occupancy rental rate limit.  The occupancy limit is by the number of people sleeping at the Unit.  Please be sure to confirm the specific occupancy rental rate limit of the Unit.  
 

You will find an initial starter supply of soap, paper products, shampoo and lotion. 

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
